Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu,transfer to the hotel. Budhanilkantha Gosainkunda trekking briefing with officially arrangements. Overnight at Kathmandu
Day 02: After breakfast, Kathmandu drive to Budhanilkantha , drive approximately 30 minutes then trek to Alchhe (1790m.) 3-4 hours
Day 03: Alchhe trek to Manebanjyang (1780m.) 4- 5 hours
Day 04: Manebanjyang trek to Baghamara (1825 mt.) 5-6 hours
Day 05: Baghmara trek to Sagarkunda (2915mt.) 5-6 hours
Day 06: Sagarkunda trek to Yeklekunda (3800mt.) 6-7 hours
Day 07: Yeklekunda trek to Gosainkunda (4380mt.) 6-7 hours

Here you see Hindu holy men (sadhus) meditating, pilgrims bathing and occasionally funeral pyres burning on the ghats.
