Christmas trekking in Nepal

Our family of four hiked the Annapurna circuit at Christmas which exceeded our expectations. The awe-inspiring landscape is a given but the bonus was a safe, friendly, stimulating and professional experience under the kindly guidance of Ram and his team. We felt like we were on our own when we wished and yet had input from Ram whenever we needed or wanted it. There never was a concern for safety and most importantly we were directed to room and board that was clean and considerate to our virgin tummies. He selected sites and activities which stimulated and exposed the daily life of Nepal. He practices good stewardship of the land and people and is a kind and compassionate individual. He is extremely motivated to provide good service and a fun and informational trip for his clients. We will seek his assistance in the future and recommend his company without reservation. Although we could have carried our own weight, it was worth the expense to be able to tread lightly and letting our hosts carry the packs!
